Finished Dish for the Evening! A job well done!

This is our completed dish!
Pork Cutlets, Eggplant with a pinch of watercress
I encourage you to make these mixtures and store them in your fridge. It really cuts down on your prep time during the week and you can make healthy, flavorful meals for yourself in less than an hour!
With a variety of mixtures you'll have different "blends" that you are ready to choose at a moment's notice

  1. You go, Girl! Love the whole cooking segment idea! I watch Food Network all the time, so it's right up my alley! I do like the marinade idea a lot! I'm find I'm not actually cooking very much these days, but I don't do "fast food" either. Quick healthy ideas are what I need! Carry on! BB
