The Alchemist

My coach Dawn Marie gave me a book to read a couple weeks ago and I finally had some time last night to get it finished!
The book the Alchemist is a very easy, quick read and I recommend it for any one who is looking to read a fable about a Shepard boy who listens to his heart, and follows his dreams.
You'll follow Sanitago , an Andalusian shepherd boy who travels in search of worldly treasure. From his home in Spain he journeys to the markets of Tangiers and across the Egyptian desert. Along the way he has many encounters and is tested as to if he will listen to his heart and follow his dreams.
This story reminded me that in order to listen to your heart you need to stop, be still and listen.

I, too, loved The Alchemist. I've read it 3 or 4 times.
