Acupuncture Happy Hour

On Thursday evening I had the pleasure of meeting Elisha at Soul Books in Redmond. She offers on Thursday evenings from 6-7 pm an Acupuncture Happy Hour.
When I first read about the "happy hours" I was intrigued. Having had acupuncture in the past and loving it, this was a wonderful way to connect with someone new, close to home and not to mention at an affordable price! Elisha sets up an area of the center with some chairs and a privacy screen. The group congregates in a circle for some grounding and meditation. Then she applies the needles and off you go! Elisha is there the entire time to help you stay grounded and relaxed.
Elisha also has her own private practice if you are interested in connecting with someone who offers acupuncture. She has a unique talent and you would be pleased by visiting her.
